Mr. Prossnitz was a featured speaker at the annual meeting of PIABA (Public Investors Attorney Bar Association) at the Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida in October 2007 and talked about multiple claimant complex cases.
He has written for the Litigation journal of the ABA. Mr. Prossnitz has also taught at Chicago Kent Law School as an adjunct professor on class actions. He has been a member of the Chicago Literary Club since 1988 and has presented six papers. He served as Treasurer, a Board member and is currently on the Publications committee.

Mr. Prossnitz will be a featured speaker at the 17th Annual Meeting of PIABA in Colorado Springs, Colorado in October 2008.
Mr. Prossnitz will be speaking on the issue of selling-away investment scams. Mr. Prossnitz has extensive experience representing victims of selling-away scams, and is currently representing multiple claimants in a selling-away case against Sterling Trust Company.
