Justice for the Victims of the BAB Ponzi Scheme

The Law Offices of Howard B. Prossnitz recently won yet another FINRA arbitration involving the Joe Jones Ponzi Scheme. The award rendered in Battle v. Northeast Securities, FINRA Case Number 06-04110 follows a substantial award in Anthony v. Investors Capital Corp., FINRA Case Number 06-04080. Mr. Prossnitz represented approximately 100 victims of this scheme in total, most of whom lost their entire retirement savings. In these two cases alone, Mr. Prossnitz secured over a million dollars for his clients when many attorneys in North Carolina had written the cases off as hopeless.
