Prossnitz Firm Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Madoff Feeder Fund Class Action
The Law Offices of Howard B. Prossnitz has been appointed co-lead Counsel along with Gainey & McKenna, LLP in a Madoff feeder fund class action lawsuit against JML Portfolio Management, Swiss Life Holding AG and Nomura Holdings. Investments in these funds were heavily invested in Bernie Madoff's Ponzi scheme, resulting in a loss of 100% of the investments. The suit alleges that had JML, Swiss Life, and Nomura conducted adequate due diligence into Madoff's scheme, plaintiffs would not have sustained these losses.
