Kathryn S. Beard
Kathryn S. Beard is an attorney with experience in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation before FINRA and the National Arbitration Forum. Ms. Beard is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois.
Ms. Beard received her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where she was the Senior Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review. She also worked at the MSU Rental Housing Clinic where she provided free legal services to indigent clients involved in landlord-tenant disputes. Ms. Beard participated twice in the Constance Baker Motley National Appellate Moot Court competition as a brief writer, advocate, and team captain.
Ms. Beard is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
