Puerto Rico FINRA panel enters $9 million award against UBS

Arbitrators found that UBS and UBS Puerto Rico were liable for $7.9 million in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages. The award was entered in FINRA Case No. 13-03520 on February 16, 2017.
